Carson: Our next guests new album "Affirmation", you can pick it up November 9, couldn't be happier to have Darren and Daniel from Savage Garden here.

*lots of screaming. Darren and Daniel walk in with big smiles*

Darren: Hey, Wassup

Daniel: Thank you

*The fans continue to scream. Carson bows to them. Darren and Dan laugh*

Carson: What do you say boys?

Darren: It's so good to be here actually! It's amazing!

*Carson signals for the crowd to settle down*

Carson: We can't ever get anything done on this show ever. And that's it we're out of time, thanks for coming by!

Daniel: You're welcome! (laughs)

Carson: That's what it seems like.

*Darren and Dan laugh*

Carson: Lets talk about the new record that's coming out and then Darren tell us about...you actually moved here to New York?

Darren: I was living here for a year, I used to watch you everyday actually, it's hilarious. I use to watch this whole deal, and used to walk around this city, and for about a year I was writing songs with Dan sorta over the internet, and working on Affirmation for about a year.

Carson: What is it about coming to New York, we live here, at least I do, and uh take it for granted. What sort of inspiration do you find just walking around that helped you with Affirmation?

Darren: You know the very first time I ever came here, I knew I would live here. I love it, I have a love/hate relationship with this city. Anyway, I think my problem was that I was really alone, I didn't have a lot of friends and family, and I love it. I couldn't have written this record without living here. It's just in my blood I think, I don't know.

Carson: Yeah, it's a great city, it's infectous. Um..."I Knew I Loved You". We're about to watch the world premiere of this video. Daniel tell us how you guys hooked up with Kirsten Dunst, who's an actress in this video.

Daniel: There was a wish list of maybe 2 or 3 actors that we wanted in the actual video and she was definitely sort of priority on that list. And she just had such a presence about her that made us feel she was the right person for this character in this video.

Darren: We actually thought she was in love with us, but then we realized that she was "acting"

*They all laugh*

Darren: So uh, she's pretty amazing

Carson: Well, I'll tell you what, it's not umcommon, you know what I'm saying?

*They all laugh again*

Carson: Anything about this video that, we should know while we're watching it?

Darren: It's really simple, it was filmed on a fake New York subway cause I wasn't here at the time but it looks like a New York subway, and I think she's just magic in it. It's basically just a love song about meeting the potential love of your life everyday and just looking the wrong way.

Carson: Sure. Alright good. Well here we are. I'm glad you guys are here to world premiere this with us. Savage Garden, I Knew I Loved You on TRL.

*plays "I Knew I Loved You" video*

Carson: I Knew I Loved You, world premeire Savage Garden. Darren and Daniel are here. It's awesome, congratulations. Good looking video.

Darren: Thanks man. It was fun.

Carson: Very cool. Tricking with my mind though at the end when you guys went your own ways!

Darren: Well, you know...it happens! Destiny.

Carson: You got a little cryptic there. And you have so many fans outside! I want to get a shot of...can we get a shot of some of the banners out there for these guys?

*the camera shows fans holding up their banners outside, they all look out the window*

Carson: You guys have been pretty quiet in the music community for about 2 years.

Darren: Oh man, I think we were almost on one of those "Where are they now?" specials actually!

*all laugh*

Carson: No it's not...

Daniel: It's the other studio (points as if he's pointing to another studio laughing)
